Essential Oil Tips and Recipes
 
1. If pregnant or epileptic seek professional advice.
2. Baths
1 drop for baby, 2 drops for preschooler, up to 4 drops for children, up to 6 drops for adults.  Put Essential Oil in neutral dishwashing liquid to help disperse oils.
Relaxing bath: Lavender, Chamomile, Florals and Woods, Spices.
Refreshing and uplifting: Citrus, Fruits, Leaves, Herbs
3. Compress
Hot or cold 10 drops in half basin of water, soak cloth, wring out and place where required. Repeat as often as needed
4. Massage Oil
3 drops per 10ml base make sport, relaxing, uplifting, romantic etc, ask for my help for recipe combinations
5. Baby Massage
3 drops of either Lavender, Chamomile or Rose in 50ml base or a combination
6. Aromatiser (burner)
Up to 6 drops in water
7. Sunburn
1 drop of Lavender or Chamomile for every 5ml Aloe Vera gel
8. Mist sprays
120ml purified water 100 drops of your choice of Essential Oils.  Shake before use each time or use Essential Oil dispersant to blend oil and water
9. Lice Removers
Geranium 8 drops, Rosemary 7 drops, 15ml Base Oil
Ginger 5 drops, Rosemary 5 drops, Cajeput 5 drops 15ml Base Oil
Massage scalp, wrap hair in towel, leave on several hours, wash out
10. Foot Powder of Body Powder
Cornstarch 30ml add 30 drops of Essential Oil, shake.  Leave 24 hours, shake several times, then use
11. Vacuum Cleaner
Put drops of favourite Essential Oil in vacuum cleaner
12. Furniture Polish
10 drops of favourite smell in 30ml Jojoba or wax
13. Closet or Drawer Sachets Scents
Put 10 drops of favourite smell on cotton ball  place inside small plastic bag.  Place/hang this where required, when scent wears off, replace.
14. Get books from libraries etc, have fun and create endless possibilities
